Arrival Leh | Acclimatization
Arrive at Leh Airport, private pickup and check-in. Full day rest for high altitude acclimatization (11,500 ft). Evening visit to Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa for sunset view over Leh town. Overnight at Leh.
Leh - Hall of Fame & Sham Valley Tour Till Sangam
After breakfast, visit Hall of Fame Museum, Spituk Monastery, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill and Sangam View Point - confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers. Drive back to Leh. Overnight at Leh.
Leh - Khardung La - Nubra Valley (Hunder)
Drive via Khardung La Pass (17,982 ft) to Nubra. Visit Diskit Monastery & sand dunes at Hunder. Double hump camel ride optional. Overnight at Nubra Camp/Hotel.
Nubra - Turtuk & Thang - Back to Hunder
Full day excursion to Turtuk, the Balti village and Thang - the last Indian village before LOC. Explore apricot orchards, Balti culture and border views. Return to Hunder for overnight.
Nubra - Shyok - Durbuk - Pangong Lake
Drive via Shyok Valley through Durbuk to Pangong Tso (14,270 ft), the famous color changing lake. Evening free to walk along the lake. Overnight at Pangong Camp/Cottage.
Pangong - Chang La - Hemis, Thiksey, Shey - Leh
Early sunrise at Pangong, then drive back via Chang La Pass. Enroute sightseeing of Hemis Monastery first, followed by Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Arrive Leh evening. Overnight at Leh.
Leh Airport Drop - Tour Ends
After breakfast, drop to Leh Airport. Tour concludes with beautiful memories.
